How To Order
LOCAL:
We have many customers who would like to purchase items from us directly at our shop to save on shipping charges, or to make specific custom orders that are not available from our website as an in-stock item. You can contact us by phone, by mail-order (using our online order form), or by email to place your order. We'll be glad to make an appointment for you to come by for a consultation, and/or to pick up your items at our shop when the order is completed. Local delivery is also available for a modest fee depending on location. For gift giving, we can also "drop-ship" your items directly to the recipient for the typical shipping and handling charges (if applicable).

ONLINE:
Ordering online is very safe and secure. We use the Paypal system for your safety and convenience. Paypal is a free service for you as a customer, and also allows you to purchase items with us without worry of our company ever seeing your personal  information. Extremely safe, easy, and best of all, it's FREE to use. Paypal accepts credit cards, debit cards, e-checks, and Paypal funds. The "view cart" buttons are near the top right of each relevant page when your ready to "check out". During this simple transaction, all payments will be payable to payments@TheWoodBlock.com.

MAIL ORDER:
We gladly accept orders by mail, using a check, cashier's check, or money order. If you prefer this method, click here to use our convenient, printer friendly order form. Fill out the complete form, review it for accuracy, include your money order/cashier's check or personal check, and simply mail it to the address located at the top of the order form. Please allow approximately 5-7 days for your personal checks to clear our bank, before we ship your in-stock item(s), or start filling your custom orders. Money Orders and Cashier's Checks are processed upon receipt, in the usual processing times. (for Texas residents, please don't forget to add the required 6.75% local sales tax, plus applicable Shipping/Handling charges). All other states in the continental U.S. only need to add the applicable Shipping/Handling fees, and are not required to pay sales tax. For gift giving, we can also "drop-ship" your items directly to the recipient if desired.

COMMERCIAL CUSTOMERS:
Commercial customers are always welcome. If you are interested in selling any of our products at your location, or buying in quantity, please feel free to contact us to discuss your specific needs. Due to the custom nature of our products, an initial deposit may apply, and payment in full may be required before final shipment of order.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
We've proudly had many orders over-seas, however, all International Customers must contact us for a custom quote on shipping charges to your country or township. Any shipping charges listed on this site are for U.S. residents only. International customers are responsible for all shipping, taxes, dues, or any other fees related to your order in getting the product(s) to you. You may contact us HERE, for a personal quote. Also, payments must be made in U.S. dollars ONLY. Respectively, we will not ship out any order (custom or in-stock) until all proper funds have been received, and have cleared our bank in full.
