TheWoodBlock.com will ship worldwide, however, International customers and customers of Hawaii, Alaska, or other outlying U.S. regions will need to email us for a custom quote on shipping & handling charges for the desired products to your area. See below for current shipping rates for orders. Monies received by International customers must be in U.S. currency, and International buyers are also responsible for any extra fees (customs, country taxes, etc.) involved in getting our products to you.
Although it typically doesn't take this long, please allow up to 2 weeks for order processing and shipping time, pending approval or payment funds clearing our bank. If paying by check, please allow up to 5-7 days extra processing time for your check to clear our bank. Money order and cashiers check purchases are processed upon receipt. From then, all orders are shipped exclusively by the United States Postal Service (USPS), and in most cases should arrive 2-5 days thereafter. Please allow extra time for holidays. Rush orders are accepted on in-stock items, however, you will need to contact us directly for a custom quote on any extra shipping fees needed to get the item(s) to you as quickly as possible.
For large quantities or custom orders, please allow 2-4 weeks processing and shipping time. Please note that this time will vary depending on the complexity of the project, but we always strive to complete custom orders as promptly as possible.
Mail Orders: For those who prefer to pay by check, cashier's check, or money order, please use the online order form to place your order. You should review it for accuracy, then include your check, money order, or cashier's check, and mail to P.O. Box 599 Flint, Texas 75762-0599. For money orders, etc., we will ship your order upon completion. For personal checks, we will ship when the order is complete and your check has cleared our bank.

If You Have a Problem with Shipments:
If in an event that your order does not arrive, do the following:
1) You will need to contact us by email or calling us as soon as practical.
2) Write, sign and date a letter of statement indicating the article was not received.
3) Send the letter, via postal service (not email), to us at the address we will provide. Once we have this letter we will pursue the claim with the post office. We will file the claim as soon as possible, but we cannot file the claim until we have your letter and thirty days have passed since your original mailing date. As soon as we file the claim we will reship your order (assuming we have had sufficient time to complete any custom items that were included in the order). Your original order will now have been completed and the claim will be paid to us.

If you find that any item in your order was damaged during shipment please do the following:
1) Call or email us as soon as practical.
2) Take the following to your local post office: all boxes, wrappers, bubble wrap or other packing materials, and the damaged item (s).
3) Request a PS Form 1000, fill it out and review it with a postal employee.
Your local postmaster will send the completed form to us as we hold the original mail receipt. As soon as we receive a properly completed Form 1000 from the postmaster we will mail (insured) a replacement item to you at no cost. We will pursue the claim and all refunds will be paid to us.
All sales are final on custom orders.
